Rotary Club of Little Rock names Molly McNulty president

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Rotary Club of Little Rock, Arkansas’s premier professional and service organization, has named Molly McNulty as its new president for the 2026-2027 term. McNulty officially takes the gavel from outgoing President Mitch Bettis, continuing a legacy of civic leadership for the historic club, also known as Club 99.

Under her leadership, the club's theme for the year will be "Hometown Heroes." The upcoming weekly programming will highlight individuals who have made an extraordinary impact on the local community.

"The Rotary Club of Little Rock has a profound impact on our city and state, and I am deeply honored to step into the role of president," McNulty said. "This year, through our 'Hometown Heroes' theme, we look forward to celebrating the remarkable people who dedicate themselves to making Central Arkansas a better place, while working alongside our nearly 400 members to live out our motto of 'Service Above Self'."

McNulty, a Little Rock native, brings an extensive background in law, public service and community development to her new role. She currently serves as of counsel at the national firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and is an adjunct professor at the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.

Prior to her current roles, McNulty served as the director of development and external relations at the Bowen School of Law. Her legal and public policy career includes working in Washington, D.C., for Bracewell and Giuliani LLP and for U.S. Sen. Blanche Lincoln. Upon returning to Arkansas, she served as a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Joe Volpe and spent 10 years as a law clerk at the Arkansas Court of Appeals for the Hon. Raymond Abramson.

McNulty is a graduate of Little Rock Central High School, Davidson College, the Clinton School of Public Service and the Bowen School of Law.

Beyond her commitment to Rotary, McNulty is highly involved in the local community. She serves on the board of Camp Aldersgate, is a Commissioner on the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority Commission, and is the past chair of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XLI. She is also an active member of Christ Episcopal Church, where she serves on the vestry.

McNulty resides in Little Rock with her husband, fellow attorney Chris McNulty, and their two children, Thomas, 8, and Mary Carter, 6.

Guide ARK Directory now live, applications for official guides still open

LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Office of Outdoor Recreation announced today that the Guide ARK Directory, the state’s official listing of verified outdoor guides, is now live and available for the public to explore at https://www.arkansas.com/plan-your-trip/plan/guide-ark-program.

The new directory allows residents and visitors to search for licensed, insured and vetted outdoor professionals offering guided experiences in hunting, fishing, paddling, hiking, climbing and cycling across Arkansas.

“Arkansas’ outdoors are among our greatest assets, and the people who share them with others are just as important. Guide ARK connects visitors with trusted professionals who help create safe, memorable experiences while supporting local businesses and communities across our state," said Shea Lewis, secretary of the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism. "This program is another way we’re investing in Arkansas’ outdoor recreation economy and ensuring more people discover why The Natural State is unlike anywhere else."

Although the directory is now available, the Arkansas Office of Outdoor Recreation emphasized that applications remain open for guides who want to be included. Outdoor professionals can apply at no cost by submitting proof of licenses, insurance, safety certifications and business registration. Approved guides will renew annually to remain listed.

“Outdoor guides play a critical role in how people experience Arkansas,” said Katherine Andrews, director of the Arkansas Office of Outdoor Recreation. “The launch of the Guide ARK Directory helps connect visitors with qualified professionals while creating new opportunities for guides to grow their businesses. By elevating and promoting these businesses, we’re strengthening Arkansas’ outdoor recreation economy and supporting the communities that depend on it.” Businesses that join Guide ARK receive visibility on Arkansas.com, as well as exposure through state travel guides, newsletters, Welcome Centers and state parks. Members also receive a digital stamp and decal for use online and in their place of business, along with access to promotional toolkits, tourism data and potential invitations to trade shows, marketing campaigns and the annual Governor’s Conference on Tourism and Outdoor Recreation.
