Public Notices are a vital part for protecting transparency. Below is a virtual representation of what has published in The Daily Record. Once a notice is printed, no modifications to this website shall be made. All questions should be directed to the law firm handling the notice. By default, the current week is displayed. ABC Permit
After a business successfully files an application for any type of permit issued by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, the applicant is required to publish notice in the city or general area where the business is located that it has applied to for a permit to
sell, manufacture, or dispense controlled beverages.

Municipality Notice
Municipalities are required to publish notices of many events and actions affecting or of interest to the public. These include, but are not limited to, ordinances, public hearing notices, condemnation proceedings, financial statements and bid opportunities.

Non-judicial Foreclosure
Non-judicial foreclosures allow a trustee, or a person holding a deed of trust, to start the proceedings for a foreclosure sale of a home without having to file a lawsuit or go to court. The trustee is typically required to issue a notice of default and notify the borrower about the defaulted loan status, which is the notice posted on this site. If the borrower does not respond to the notice, the trustee then begins the process for conducting the foreclosure sale of the property.

Notice of Probate
When an individual passes away and his or her assets are subject to the probate process, or the judicial process of “proving” a will, the executor of the estate is required in some states, like Arkansas, to publish notice so that creditors of the deceased individual can file claims with the probate court.

Notice of Quiet Title
An action to quiet title is a lawsuit brought in court to establish an individual’s or entity’s right to title of real property, thereby “quieting” all other claims of title for that real property. A notice of quiet title must be published in addition to other service of process on known parties in interest.

Warning Order
When a lawsuit is filed, all parties involved in the suit must be notified, i.e. “served with summons.” If a party cannot be reached personally or by mail, a warning order may be published to satisfy the notice requirement.
